Do Mini Rabbits Make Good House Pets?

So I want to buy a rabbit and I think they’d make good pets. But this one girl said that she got one and it was mean and chewed on every thing. I don’t want a mean pet… Help?

Rabbits make wonderful house pets if you realize what you are getting into…
Here is a great place to start: http://www.sandiegorabbits.org/
Yes, most rabbits dont like to be held, they can kick, bite, scratch, and grunt.
Yes, you also have to rabbit proof, just like baby proofing, so it doesnt have any wires to chew or anything like that.
They are also a 10 year commitment, that needs regular vet care, such as spaying and neutering and yearly check-ups.
Please make sure you do your research, and please consider adopting, there are so many rabbits in shelters and rescues that need good homes. Plus they often already come litterbox trained and fixed.
