		<description>Unfortunately people &quot;find&quot; cats all the time....think they are lost &amp; take them in.   The correct thing to do would have been to take the cat to a vet to be scanned for a microchip (which yours has) &amp; then she could have been returned to you but some folks just take cats in without regard to the rightful owner.
One of my cats sometimes roams a good distance from our house but I don&#039;t think he&#039;s ever gone 15 miles away...that&#039;s a good distance.
Even if your cat had had a collar with a tag on it this lady would have probably still taken her &amp; kept her.
I can understand why you are upset about this as I would be in the same circumstances....there are a lot of people out there who have a thing about gathering as many cats around them as possible - hoarders I think they are called.
Thankfully both my cats have been staying closer to home recently &amp; just lazing in our back garden....hope yours doesn&#039;t wander off again. xx</description>
