Usually the pet will also need a rabies vaccine whihc must be done a while before travelling so i'd check with your vet as soon as possible. You will need to contact the consulate of the country you are moving too and see what vaccinations/veterinary care is required to enter the country. Make sure you get this in writing so that when you get there you have proof that you followed instructions to the letter and they can't just say you didn't comply. You will probably need to have your cat fully vaccinated more than 30 days but less than a year before you move.
