When I asked my question about moving across country I had about 100 people e-mail me there stories and suggestions! I am not kidding everything was great. And me and my husband and had a nice trip ! They flew underneath, in the pet cargo area, without any medication, and they were fine. It was kind of a pain getting the paperwork in order, but there was no quarantine. At the time, I believe England was the only European country requiring a quarantine period, and I think that requirement has since been removed. I agree the military should be able to tell you about the required paperwork. If not, your vet should have the information and forms.
