Problems With Keeping Our Pet Dog In Our Flat – Can Anyone Help?
We have been told we cannot keep our dog because we live in a flat with a lift. However others are being allowed to keep their pet dogs if they moved into their accommodation before this new ruling was brought in by the local Council (Glasgow City Council).
Does anyone know if this can be construed as discrimination under the European Human Rights Laws.
Please help, mother frantic
