Why Does My Dog Bury Her Head In Between My Legs When I Pet Her?

Whenever i pet my dog she burys her head in between my legs.. WHY?

    A lot of dogs do that to try and get closer to their owner, it’s not normally about what’s between your legs, but more so the fact that they want to be as close to you as they can. If it was a male dog that was trying to jump you after then that would be different.

    My black lab does this too. It’s not in the crotch, but between the knees/ thighs. She will also sit on my feet when I pet her. I think that it is just a feeling of being close to you. It is also known as a dog hug.

    i guess she is comfortible there, mine just lays down.
